Refund Policy
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that we currently do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do returns work?
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to:
Your request will be reviewed by our customer support team and, once your case has been verified, we will contact you by email with one of the following options:

Receive a replacement product identical to the one ordered.

Receive a product of similar value.

Receive a store credit voucher for the value of the product to be used on future purchases.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure they are shipped as quickly as possible.
Are returns free?
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to the return address provided by our customer support team.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
My item is defective
We're sorry to hear that. In some cases, products may be damaged during transportation or an incorrect item may be sent.
For the first incident, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. No refund will be issued in this case.
If the replacement product also arrives defective on a second shipment, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed using the original payment method. They are generally processed within 6 to 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may appear immediately or take a few additional days to be reflected in your account.
Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to a logistical issue, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
